Manufacturing Capacity
Possess advanced equipment manufacturing capabilities. It has mature production capabilities such as laser blanking, robot welding, narrow space welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding, anti-deformation control, and CNC machining.

Yuchai Heavy Industry began to establish a quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 (94 edition) in 2000, passed the system certification in the same year, and obtained the system certification certificate. In order to adapt to the rapid development of the company's production and operation, as well as the improvement of the company's operation management awareness of quality, environment, occupational health and safety management, and the deepening of attention to customers and related parties, the company implemented GB/T19001-2000 and GB/T19001-2000 T24001, GB/T28001 standards in 2005. Established quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system. In December of the same year, it successfully passed the certification audit of the three quality/environment/occupational health and safety systems, and obtained the quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system certification. In April 2009, it passed the re-evaluation certification of the three systems of quality/environment/occupational health and safety. So far, the certificate of quality/environment/occupational health and safety system continues to be valid.
In 2009, according to the change of the quality management system standard (that is, GB/T19001-2008 replaced GB/T19001-2000), the company re-planned the management system according to the requirements of the new standard. Implement process reengineering and reshape the company's quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system.
In April 2010, the company passed the revision review according to the new standard, and obtained the quality management system certification of GB/T19001-2008 version.
In May 2012, the company passed the revision audit according to the new standard, and obtained the GB/T28001-2011 occupational health and safety management system certification.
In May 2015, the company passed the re-evaluation certification of the quality/environment/occupational health and safety rights system, and the quality/environment/occupational health and safety system certification certificate continues to be valid.
In June 2017, the company passed the quality/environmental management system transfer audit, and obtained the GB/T 19001-2016 quality management system certification and the GB/T 24001-2016 environmental management system certificate.
In May 2018, the company passed the re-certification of the quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system, and the quality/environment/occupational health and safety system certification remains valid.
In August 2020, the company passed the revision review according to the new standard and obtained the GB/T 45001-2020 version of the occupational health and safety management system certification.
In May 2021, the company passed the re-certification of the quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system, and the scope of certification was added to the design, production and sales of forestry and wood and bamboo harvesting machinery, and the quality/environment/occupational health and safety system certification certificate will continue to be valid .
